REQUIREMENTS
- Perform rigorous quality assurance by conducting initial analysis on merchant cash advance applications across a number of European regions
- Prepare deals to ensure a seamless decision-making process for the Credit Decision team
- Ability to solve any discrepancies by collaborating with the Sales and Credit Decision teams
- Have excellent attention to detail and be confident working with numbers and data
- Meet targets, SLAs and contribute to the team KPIs
- Develop and conduct team training sessions where applicable
- Strong communication skills and understanding of CRM systems
Responsibilities:
As the first part of the journey in our production line, this role is crucial to EuroLend’s strategic goals and ambitions.
As a Credit Eligibility analyst, you will be using YouLend guidelines to qualify and prepare applications before they are underwritten by our Credit Decision team.
Contributing ideas to improve the ongoing processes, validating the accuracy and completeness of information received for each deal and liaising with the Credit Decisions and Sales teams to ensure the success of every deal!
