Our client which is a construction industry leader is looking for an experienced credit officer to join their collaborative and supportive team for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in credit analysis or accounts receivable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in decision-making.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own portfolio of accounts for collection and risk management purposes
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts to resolve queries including claim processing
  • Maintenance of files for legal and insurance purposes,
  • Receipting and allocation of customer payments
  • Processing customer reviews for risk assessment and assisting with new accounts
  • Managing the customer trade account lifecycle from onboarding to review for risk mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including our customers.
