Job Summary:
- Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debts of ongoing loans
- Manage and achieve daily productivity standards, including attempts, contacts, and amount collected
- Follow up on overdue accounts using phone collection techniques, dunning letters, and legal counsel

- Minimum of 5 years’ working experience from a financial institutions, credit companies or leasing companies.
- Solid work experience in credit recovery activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application including Excel, Word and Outlook.
