JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships between the company, clientele, and the community.
Provide tailored financial solutions to customers by assessing their needs and analyzing creditworthiness for potential borrowers.
Develop and sustain favorable connections with media outlets, community stakeholders, and the general public.
Demonstrate responsiveness to customer inquiries and efficiently address any concerns or complaints.
Conduct market potential assessments to identify lucrative market segments.
Adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably possesses at least 1 year of experience in banking or finance.
Proficient in computer usage and software applications, with strong public speaking skills.
Demonstrates a passion for problem-solving and exhibits excellent time management abilities.
Capable of conducting thorough information searches and proficient analysis.
Exhibits honesty, discipline, tenacity, and a high level of dedication.
Bachelor’s degree education is preferred
