Description:
We are recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join the National Shared Services Centre joining our centralised credit team as a Credit Support Officer working from our modern office in Parramatta, NSW.
This is a fixed term contract, ending on 31 December 2024 working full-time, Monday to Friday.
This role instrumental in providing Accounts Receivable administrative tasks to support the Credit team and ensuring compliance with the business’s Corporate Credit Policy, Business Rules and Credit Procedures. You will ensure accurate data entry and processing of banking, customer credit claims, cash sales, new and existing master data records and reporting.
Responsibilities:
IN YOUR NEW ROLE, YOU WILL BE:
- Responsible for providing administrative support for credit card transactions
- Creating New SAP Master Data Records and maintaining existing records
- Processing credit applications
- Producing Customer Credit Claims
- Uploading and attaching reports and other documents to customer account records
- Managing an assigned group of accounts including Cash Sales, Staff, General Ledger
- Administering refunds to Customers
- Releasing cash receipts and managing incoming payments
- Responsible for Cashflow reporting, processing of debtor journals, creating non-standard Invoices
- Facilitating all internal and external correspondence
- Responding to customer queries including provision of copy documentation as required
- Assisting the Team Leader and other team members as directed
THIS ROLE IS A GREAT FIT FOR YOU, IF YOU HAVE:
- 1-3 years’ experience in an accounts receivable or data entry role
- 1-2 years’ SAP experience (desired but not essential)
- Previously managed high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer skills

- A high level of resilience and adaptability to changing situations.
