ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Cremations Services Manager you will be responsible for setting the safe, efficient operating standard by which cremation services are delivered. You will also be responsible for providing training and auditing practices to ensure the safe, efficient delivery of services to client families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishing Crematorium standards and procedures : Leading and supervising cremation facilities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and providing compassionate support to families. Implementing policies and training staff in standards and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Health and Safety: Complying with risk, quality and safety standards, managing and reporting of risks and mitigations.
• Customer: improvement and innovation in service delivery
• Develop and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, including meeting or exceeding InvoCare standards on client survey resultsStakeholder relationships Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ approach to internal customers across all sections of the company and ensure that all managers and staff are treated with courtesy, respect and a willingness to help.
