Description:
For many of our team, a role in Cabin Services is the next step up in their career journey from Cabin Crew. It’s from here you’ll start to work closely with our wider network and corporate teams, quickly deepening your knowledge, experience and leadership. We call that ‘Orange Years’ – because the scale and growth of our business means that you’ll never be short of career opportunity, and as one of the World’s largest airlines there is quite simply more of it here. And thanks to the peer-to-peer support we have, we’ll also help you get where you want to be too.
Join our dynamic Cabin Services team as a Crew Performance Manager (CPM). In this fast-paced role, you’ll support Cabin Crew in people management and operations, working closely with the Base Manager to ensure Operational Excellence and an outstanding customer experience. You’ll oversee cabin operations, foster teamwork, and uphold easyJet’s standards. In both office and flying capacities, you’ll monitor standards, provide feedback, and ensure safe, quality onboard service.
Responsibilities include managing crew performance, ensuring compliance with policies, promoting safety, and enhancing company procedures. You’ll also support crew development through coaching and feedback, help achieve performance indicators, and occasionally travel to other bases. If you’re a passionate leader, join us to deliver exceptional service at easyJet.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced individual with a proven track record of leading and managing sizeable teams. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing performance and supporting Cabin Crew development, with flying experience at the Cabin Manager level. You should demonstrate strong skills in driving performance and possess excellent written and communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally.
This role requires the ability to travel across the network to support the Cabin Services team and confidence in frontline, face-to-face, and remote management. In-depth knowledge of company and aviation safety practices is essential. Experience in a unionised environment, including interactions with key Union members, is also required. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype, and Bookings, is necessary.
