SKILL, CAPABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

• 12 Years RCN Experience as a Naval Warfare Officer (NWO).
• Lt(N) Rank, with Director (HALIFAX) Qualification.

• Conduct analysis that will validate the crew compliment.
• Execution of an Occupational Analysis, and will support the validity of CSC Crew models and simulations.
• Review technical, functional, operational, and occupational data sources
• Make recommendations for application on CSC.
