Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a trainee seeking to develop as a clinical academic, with an interest in gynaecology and reproductive medicine. The role will enable experience in conducting laboratory and clinical based research in order to obtain a higher degree.
The candidate will have the opportunity to participate in research within the groups areas of interest including:
Improving care of women with benign gynaecology conditions through laboratory based research
Clinical trials mechanistic work
Improving the care of women with infertility through laboratory based findings
Research Element

The successful candidate will be expected to be familiar with UK obstetrics and gynaecology practice and be able to work competently at ST3+ level; currently working a full shift rota up to 48 hours per week on average. This includes prospective cover for the annual/study leave of colleagues.
