Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 administrator to provide admin support to the crisis care pathway. The role of administrator will be to provide admin support to the Acute Liaison Mental Health Service based at KGH, along with the services which are part of the wider crisis pathway such as Crisis Houses, Crisis Cafes and the integrated response hub.
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for the Crisis Care Pathway based countywide and will maintain an effective office base for administrative responsibilities. They must be flexible and use their initiative to organise their own workload dependent of the priorities and requirements at the time.
Good organisational ability, strong IT skills and flexibility are required.
Our team administrators are key to the service being able to deliver.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, suitably qualified team administrator to provide a comprehensive administrative assistant/secretarial service to support the Crisis Care Pathway, including the new integrated response hub.

The post-holder will work alongside another team administrator and will provide cross cover during periods of staff absence. The post-holder will need be flexible in their approach and use initiative and judgement to plan their own workload.
They must also demonstrate well developed communication skills in order to provide timely and accurate verbal and written correspondence to patients, carers and a wide variety of healthcare professionals
They must demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively within the service, providing administrative support for the Crisis Care Pathway. They will provide support for the clinical team by ensuring that reports, clinician appointments, data performance updates and minutes for Team meetings (including clinical team meetings), are produced efficiently and effectively.
They must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude which encompasses our Trust leadership behaviours regarding Working together, Taking Responsibility, Being Authentic and Embracing Change. The ideal candidate will have experience within a complex, large organisation/service and have a drive for quality improvement.
The ideal candidate must have highly significant, relevant knowledge and experience in all aspects of the role and of working to tight deadlines in a similar setting; they should also be suited to working in a very busy and demanding environment. The post holder will be based at Highfields Clinical Care, Northampton, with the ability to travel countywide including KGH and Rushden.
