Description:
Key Responsibilities: A dynamic individual who is passionate about helping service users in crisis access the right support and is interested in leading clinical developments across the trust. Review of existing crisis prevention house pathway Review and development of a single crisis team operational policy with standardised procedures across NLMHP. Supporting services to prepare and deliver care Make strategic and operational recommendations for crisis houses across the North London Mental Health Partnership Creating a standardised open access model of referral including self-referral to drive crisis prevention through the crisis houses. Develop and improve the working relationship between the crisis houses and other services Raise the profile of the crisis houses in the local community, ensuring referrals and admissions come for a wide range of sources Ensuring crisis houses are seen as viable alternatives to admission and challenging the use of them as step-down facilities due to inpatient bed pressure
