  • Proficiency in CRM development and customization within Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with tools like Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Customize standard entities and create custom entities to align with business requirements.
  • Design and implement workflows to automate business processes within Dynamics 365.
  • Create and customize dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights into CRM data.
  • Utilize the sales module for effective lead management within Dynamics 365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
