Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The CRM Analyst will be responsible for owning and maintaining the Seattle Kraken’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that is leveraged by the Ticket Sales & Service and Premium Sales & Service teams. We are looking for an individual with a foundational knowledge of CRM system management and proficiency in SQL. The ideal candidate has robust knowledge of the front-end development & back-end maintenance of Salesforce and has experience building relevant, targeted sales & service CRM campaigns for Ticket Sales & Premium Sales teams.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, statistics or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience maintaining CRM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred)
  • Experience with Ticketmaster & Archtics
  • Experience with BI/Data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to think outside the box for creative problem solving

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with KORE ProSports Ticketing strongly preferred
  • Experience with SQL and Relational Databases (Redshift preferred)
  • Experience with Email Service Providers (Eloqua preferred)
  • Prior experience working for a professional sports team

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the management and on-going maintenance of the organization’s CRM system, including processes and workflow, to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Generate and manage lead lists & pipelines for Ticket Sales & Service teams
  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, triggers, flows, etc. based on Ticket Sales & Service business needs
  • Assist with external integrations between Salesforce and other marketing tools such as Eloqua
  • Provide user training and monitor CRM system for all departments
  • Develop and distribute CRM related reporting via custom dashboards and views
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
