The essence of the role
You will be a bridge between business and our CRM team and will be instrumental in the various phases of our CRM initiatives. This includes pre-studies, implementation projects, and continuous maintenance. Your primary focus will be aligning our CRM efforts with the needs of our business, striving to improve benefits and enhance the user experience.
With your focus set on processes and requirements, you will develop epics, features and user stories, give input on business objects modelling and flow descriptions, describing the needs to Solution Architects and/or Developers who implement the changes in the systems.
Our major CRM platform is Salesforce which is used across most CRM process areas.

Responsibilities:

Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM encompassing administration and/or configuration/development.
Experience in working as a business analyst in an agile framework.
Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations.
Strong IT/business mediation abilities.
The capability to ensure timely deliverables with a keen eye on financial implications.
A track record of challenging and enhancing existing processes.
Exhibits project management skills to define, plan and execute deliveries.
