THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer communications within our CRM system. This role involves drafting effective communication materials, monitoring communication channels, managing campaigns, and analysing customer attrition to enhance customer retention strategies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience (X years) in CRM management, customer communications, or related roles.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audience segments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics etc) and email marketing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in campaign management, segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
