CRM & Email Marketing Internship

You will work in our beautiful and very modern office in Hoofddorp. Easily accessible and an office with lots of light and space. Despite the sometimes-tight deadlines, the atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming. There is an incredible level of teamwork which you can see in the impressive results they achieve together such as building a new website within six weeks.
Within our E-commerce department we are looking for a hands-on, ambitious CRM & Email marketing intern with a strong affinity for online marketing to join us starting from July 1st 2024. You will be supporting our CRM team, with creatives and project managers helping to achieve great results through email marketing and other initiatives.

As a CRM & Email marketing intern you will assist in:

• Planning, coordinating, testing and execution of the email marketing campaigns
• Connecting with other teams in the E-commerce department such as Digital Merchandise, Content & Design
• A/B testing of campaigns to improve open rate, conversion rate and click through rate
• You will also learn how to analyze and evaluate the performance of email campaign and to improve the customer journey

REQUIREMENTS

On a personality level, flexibility, open-mindedness and great interpersonal skills are required to successfully fit the role

• Must be a full-time student enrolled in a Dutch university based in the Netherlands, available from July 1st 2024 for a minimum of 6 months
• 39-hour per week hybrid, with a commitment 2 days per week in the office
• Must be fluent in English speaking and writing
• Comfortable using both Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
• The ideal candidate for this role is a positive self-starter who is comfortable in conducting independent research and taking initiative.
