CRM EXECUTIVE
Matchbook is looking for a capable candidate who is ready to rise to the challenge and be part of our dynamic and focused team to help increase brand loyalty, long term retention and revenues.
The CRM Team is responsible for the conception, segmentation and implementation of
Marketing campaigns sent out to all players. Working across most departments in the business, such as Product, Commercial, Compliance and Operations to ensure we deliver the best possible campaigns for our players.
This role focuses on driving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention by leveraging data driven insights, segmentation, and targeted marketing initiatives through Email, Push Messaging and SMS

The company is split across multiple locations across the UK, Ireland and Europe, so we are looking for someone with experience of working with remote teams and building strong work relationships across multiple sites. Responsibilities:
The main duties and responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Support our Head of CRM to deliver CRM programmes to acquire, retain and grow our Matchbook customers to the defined CRM Strategy.
- Create engaging, visually appealing email campaigns and automations, optimising for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and use data analysis to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
- Create reports on the success of campaigns. Provide reports and feedback to the CRM Manager, with insights on the performance and effectiveness.
- Working closely with the creative team with briefing marketing assets
- Ensure we are communicating to the right customers at the right time with the right offer.
- Take responsibility for your own promotions and make sure each step from planning to execution to analysis is done to the highest standard.
- Creating casino and exchange bonusing campaigns.
- Helping launch exciting new game releases on our casino.
- Ongoing competitor research and recommendations.
- Troubleshooting of issues working closely with the customer support team.
