Description:
General description of position/area of responsibility:
Your primary responsibility as a CRM specialist is to serve as a functional consultant for business operations (Academy, Support, Marketing, Operations and Sales) for 3Shape North America. A successful candidate demonstrates strong technical and analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, experience with CRM configuration, and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams. Key to this role is to establish an effective collaboration with system owners and development teams in 3Shape Headquarters in Denmark, Poland and Ukraine.
Education (level, specialization):
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, business administration, marketing or similar.

Professional
- Proven work experience as CRM Functional Consultant or similar roles for at least 2 years.
- 2+ years of CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration experience
- Proven ability to administer and configure CRM systems
- Familiarity with automating business processes, report and dashboard creation, and data analysis.
- Experience working directly with commercial, financial, operational and data teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM solutions and automation best practices and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
