We are currently seeking a skilled tester to join our team, specializing in either Workday or Salesforce platforms.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a CRM/HRIS Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of CRM or HRIS implementations, specifically focusing on either Workday or Salesforce.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience with testing either Workday or Salesforce.
- Strong testing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must have full Australian work rights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for CRM or HRIS projects.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and perform testing activities.
- Identify and report defects, track issues to resolution, and verify fixes.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
