We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CRM intern to join our team for 6 months. As a member of our CRM team, you will work closely with the VP Growth, VP Creative, CMO and Country Marketing team to play a crucial role in executing and managing CRM journeys and campaigns across email, push notifications, instant messaging apps. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma holder or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about emerging trends and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Highly organised and detail-orientedStrong time-management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Prior experience in working with marketing or social media platforms is an advantage but not a requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring adherence to campaign processes and brand guidelines across all markets
  • Ensuring content across all channels is accurate and up to date
  • Keeping best practices and campaign guidelines updated for onboarding and disseminating to local marketing teams
  • Optimizing existing customer journeys content and testing new platform and channel capabilities
  • Collaborating with the creative team to craft compelling marketing materials
  • Identifying and troubleshooting potential campaign setup issues, escalating where necessary
  • Building promotional campaigns and journeys based on market needs
