Description:

CRM LEAD

  • Play a unique role in supporting healthy communities.
  • Support and implement the CRM strategy across Sigma brands
  • Brand new offices at M-City Clayton; onsite parking & hybrid model

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the CRM working group to develop the strategy, roadmap and system for CRM across Sigma and the retail brands.
  • Build, test and deliver targeted lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels - including email, SMS to drive engagement and retention of our loyalty member base.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration and a test-and-learn approach to deliver a reduction in member churn and increase in high value member retention.
  • Execute tactical CRM and loyalty initiatives to attract new members, and drive engagement with existing members.Conduct rigorous testing to optimise campaign performance.
