We are currently looking for a CRM Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market trends, customer behaviors, and industry insights to inform CRM strategy.
  • Implement data segmentation strategies to personalize customer interactions and manage data governance.
  • Manage CRM system configurations, integrations, and upgrades.
  • Design and implement multi-channel strategies to improve the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Analyze complex data sets and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the CRM Team Lead in the development of mid-long term strategy.
  • Mentor and support our Junior CRM Managers.
