POSITION SUMMARY:

Steripack Group is seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management initiatives and drive business growth through effective CRM strategies and technologies. Due to business growth we are looking to hire a CRM Manager to join the business, based out of our Dublin South office in Donnybrook House, Dublin 4. This is a newly created & crucial role where you will support the business by driving better insights, communication and analysis of existing customers. This role will report directly to CTO to create operational reports from our CRM ie pipeline, prospects, customer sales, product sales etc which is crucial to increase understanding of customer behaviors and help form strategies to impact.
Ideal person will have a mix of business intelligence skills focused on finding insights through PowerBI & excel reports + analytical depth focused on data improvement with current CRM system (MS Dynamics).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS:

  • Degree/Post Graduate level education in Engineering or Science.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Previous experience working in a CRM team environment collaborating with multiple stakeholders across a business
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM management or administration, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the CRM platform to support sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and workflows within the CRM system.
  • Responsible for the creation of a suite of Power BI Reports designed to give a wide range of insights to stakeholders access commercial, operations & sales.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to ensure that analyses and insights that are created are both understood, accurate & incorporated back into CRM system.
  • Monitor & audit data imports to the CRM to ensure optimal approach is taken to data freshness and accuracy
  • Provide training and support to employees to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system.
  • Analyse customer data and derive actionable insights to inform targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM performance metrics, such as conversion rates, lead generation, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and communicate insights to management and stakeholders.
