We’re looking for a motivated and proactive CRM Marketing Email Specialist to join the dynamic, award-winning marketing team at Lumino. In this role you’ll be responsible for acquisition, welcome, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns across a multitude of channels. Reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager, you’ll utilise data to connect with our patients, strengthening loyalty and maximising value.
Our ideal candidate will be able to craft and execute a visionary 12-month email marketing plan while taking charge on the creation and launch of dynamic email campaigns that captivate our audience and drive engagement. You’ll look after Local Area Marketing Email campaigns & National Offers, driven by data and insights combined with segmented communication strategies.
