Description:

As a CRM Marketing Executive at Challenger Technology Limited, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and overall satisfaction. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns. This position will be reporting to the Head of Merchandising.

  • Working days: Monday - Fridays
  • Working hours: 9 AM - 6.30 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a CRM Marketing Manager/Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools/software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with merchandising goals to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to segment and target customer groups, ensuring personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improving merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Sales, and IT teams to integrate CRM initiatives into overall marketing plans.
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring compelling and relevant content.
  • Create and optimize customer journeys through automated workflows to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business applications in collaboration with the IT team.
  • Other adhoc duties by your supervisor when needed.
