ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are actively seeking a highly proficient individual with advanced expertise in Go High-Level CRM to join our client’s team as a CRM Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including the creation of workflows, automation and flows. While these are just a few of the responsibilities, we are primarily looking for someone with a deep understanding of the intricacies of Go High Lvel. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing the back end of our CRM system, with dedicated experience specifically in GHL. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Design and execute effective automation to engage and nurture our customer base.
  • Set up and manage products within the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and manage customized tags to categorize and segment contacts for targeted marketing and communication strategies.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of GHL to handle the CRM’s backend operations effectively.
  • Work towards enhancing our customer relationship management by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Ensure seamless operation of GHL sub-accounts and integrations.
  • Analyze CRM data to derive actionable insights for decision-making and customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Address and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Generate regular reports on CRM performance and the impact of email campaigns.
