Samsung continues to grow and is now looking for an experienced CRM Specialist for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Team. In this role, you will have an integral part in ensuring we stay on top of the market and continue to enrich and simplify the consumers’ lives. The team covers all of our Nordic markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland). Your closest leader will be the CRM Manager, Maria Cederlund.
Role and Responsibilities
As a senior CRM Specialist at Samsung, you’ll play a critical role in defining, developing, and leading CRM projects aimed at driving retention, fostering loyalty, and boosting sales. Working closely with the CRM manager and stakeholders within Samsung’s product categories.
The aim is to provide best-in-class digital marketing communications to end consumers by delivering engaging, relevant, and timely content to increase the customer experience. In order to reach this goal, new digital tools are being implemented, as the focus on data-driven marketing is greater than ever before.
You will have the leading role of the defined CRM projects and campaigns; responsible for the full delivery including campaign execution, content management, segmentation, project leading, and analyzing the campaign outcome in order to improve.

Main tasks:

  • Taking strategic ownership of CRM, from initial planning through execution and ongoing analysis, all aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Leading the charge on campaigns, including automated initiatives and email marketing efforts within your designated product categories.
  • Managing segmentation definitions and liaising with internal and external partners to harness analytics and insights effectively
  • Providing support and guidance to our Junior CRM Specialist, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal campaign execution
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and success.
  • Harnessing dashboard tools to craft comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement to achieve our KPIs.
  • Crafting engaging presentations to convey plans, track progress, and share insights effectively.
  • Drive innovation projects within CRM.

Skills and Qualifications
For this role, we are looking for a senior CRM Specialist, and expect you to have several years of experience in the area. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate and present insights and results will be key to success. The role requires a high degree of planning, organizing, and analyzing. If this describes you, you will be a great fit for the role.

To be able to take on the role we expect you to have:

  • Direct experience working with email marketing as well as marketing automation, with a minimum of 3+ years recent experience
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline
  • Experience of CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with dashboards to support building segmentation strategies (e.g. Qliksense)
  • Experience from working with analytics, A/B testing, and using these insights for continuous improvement of way of working.
  • Experience from stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills in English

It is also a bonus if you have:

  • Experience from working with CRM in a larger company
  • Experience in marketing other areas than CRM
  • Communication skills in Swedish
