WHO ARE YOU:

We are looking for you with prior experience in CRM systems and data management, blending analytical and technical skills. If you’re driven and curious, with a proactive approach to enhancing the sales team’s experience, we want to hear from you. Your operational acumen, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to handle responsibilities with tight deadlines will make you a perfect fit.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Previous back-office experience in a CRM system; and strong understanding of user experience are advantageous.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
  • Enjoy sales analysis and grasp the value of turning insights into action
  • Minimum three years of administration experience with a sales focus
  • High work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for developing reports in Power BI

As a CRM Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our sales team’s CRM system, driving development projects, and analyzing diverse datasets. This is your chance to be at the heart of our company’s operations and contribute to our continued growth in the Danish market. The position is based at our office in Copenhagen and reports directly to Head of Sales Denmark.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage back-office functions for our CRM system, Genero
  • Create insightful Power BI reports based on CRM data
  • Provide support to the Danish sales team
  • Take ownership of ensuring relevance and impact in our sales reports
  • Collaborate on generating sales data, campaign monitoring, and product launches with the sales team manager
  • Oversee administrative tasks for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the CRM team at Vitamin Well Group headquarters in Stockholm and contribute to the continuous development of Genero
