GenesisCare is now looking for an experienced and efficient Finance Administrator to join our CRO Team. This role is responsible for the Accounts Receivable functions for CRO and will also assist the wider team with other activities as required.
On offer is full-time role on a 12-month maximum term contract, based in Alexandria with flexible working arrangements – including working from home.

More Specifically you will:

  • Issuing customer invoices in line with milestones outlined in clinical trial contracts.
  • Manage the creation of new Customers and Vendors.
  • Ensure pass through costs are reported with correct timing and are appropriately charged to customers.
  • Oversight of the general and financial mailboxes.
  • Assist the Finance team in compiling productivity reporting for all CRO client facing staff.
  • Provide information for end of year audits as requested.
  • Ensuring debtor collection in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting the finance team with the allocation of payments and receipts to vendors and from customers to ensure the debtor and creditor listings are timely and accurate.
  • Working with CRO management to ensure all revenue forecasts and revenue accruals are up to date and accurate.
  • Working to tight month end deadlines.
  • Being the main facilitator of the “Procure to Pay” process at CRO including assisting the team with raising purchase orders.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Experience in an Administrative Finance role.
  • Highly proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset.
  • SAP experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an effective, proactive, and co-operative manner.
  • High level of initiative and flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
