The Position
OTHER RELEVANT CAPABILITIES:
- Fluent in local language. Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise is required
- University degree (healthcare, scientific, economic, or
- business degree) is required. An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus.
- Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Roche Global plans are reflected and adapted in the local strategies.
- Execute outcome based planning in 90 days cycles.
- Bring commercial and access expertise to ecosystems within TA
- Understand and analyze local TA markets, provide market and competitive insights at the country level for PJP/HSPs
- Provide TA brand messages, event materials, tools and digital solutions for different stakeholders depending on ecosystems ́needs
- Organize launch events, TA campaigns, commercial booths on the local level together with TA Medical Partner.
- Promote and share experiences, best practices, learnings between PJP/HSP in different ecosystem, through digital communication and communities.
- Identify, leverage, adapt or co-create solutions based on customer needs and connected with Roche global strategies.
- Have the ability to move in the teams in a fit for purpose vision to support the highest priorities.
- Share accountability on TA outcomes with PJPs, HSPs, TA medical partner and TA access partner.
- Through systems thinking, aim for exponential growth as well as efficiency by building on what exists & sharing back to network
- Collaborate closely with PJP/HSP and maximizing network support while doing so (flexible allocation).
- Collaborate closely with Pricing, HTA and Value Proposition Synergy team members and HSPs to create tools demonstrating economic value (cost effectiveness models, pricing and budget impact models, health technology assessment, etc.)
