CSA Site Manager - Data Centres - Frankfurt, Germany
Our client are industry-leading builders and contractors with comprehensive expertise across all sectors, including Data Centres and Pharma/Life Sciences. Traditionally they have been a specialist in civil infrastructure, but they are now expanding their M&E offering. They are now looking for a CSA Site Manager to work on an exciting new build data centre project Frankfurt.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years experience in construction works
A background in Data centres, High tech manufacturing, pharma or similar is desirable
Exposure to roofing and cladding envelopes (this can be limited experience of roofing being a small part of a large construction package)
Ability to contribute to design and delivery of the work package
Previous experience in overseeing quality and planning
Experience of managing the programme. Budget control exposure is beneficial but not essential.
You do not need experience of engaging and reporting directly to clients, the senior site manager will be responsible for this.
EU passport and happy to work all across the EU on different projects after this project
Degree qualified construction or engineer background
