In this role, you will:
- Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
- Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
- Support projects
- Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
- Act as information source on group and company policies
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with external customers
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting senior leaders
- Experience managing competing priorities and proactively addressing conflicts in calendar management for senior leaders with multiple reporting lines
- Experience managing changing travel itineraries and accurately managing expense reimbursement
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international), scheduling of meetings and events
- Experience collaborating, peer coaching and partnering with other administrative professionals
- High integrity and ability to protect confidential information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience supporting project/business initiatives such as planning meetings, community service volunteer events, site visits, assessments, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and remote environment across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, and Workday
