THE POSITION

KKR is seeking a Corporate Services Manager who will be responsible for operational readiness and ongoing onsite operations of KKR’s new Dublin office, including Facilities Management, Hospitality, Document Management/Office Services. The 40,000 SF office will have 300 Seats, an onsite café, conference services with a target occupancy: late Q2/Q3 2024. The role is responsible for providing a consistently excellent standard of service delivery.

COMPETENCIES

  • 7+ years’ experience in Office Management of similar size and complexity
  • Ability to perform well in a fast paced environment – natural sense of urgency
  • Strategic focus and experience in creating efficiencies
  • Problem solving, and process improvement skills, ability to both navigate change and drive change management where required
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail
