PROJECT SUMMARY

:

B2E Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join the Shared Services Finance Transformation programme at a leading Insurance client. The successful consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting the FCCS Project (Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), a cloud-based platform aimed at streamlining financial consolidation and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will:

• have expertise in FCCS
• possess strong business analysis capabilities

This role is remote, though the stakeholders are based in London so an ability to attend key meetings in London on an adhoc basis would be a benefit.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

:

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in business analysis (5+ years), particularly in finance transformation programmes.
• Expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) or similar financial consolidation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to elicit, analyse, and document complex requirements effectively.
• Proficiency in business architecture and service design, with the ability to map end-to-end processes and systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

OPTIONAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

:

• Previous experience working in the insurance industry or within a shared services environment.
• Certification in business analysis or related field.
