We’re seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead our agriculture venture studio’s talented technical team and shape our technology strategy. The perfect candidate will thrive in smaller team environments, possess a hands-on approach, and have the ability to establish rapport with technology departments in larger corporations.

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for defining and executing our company’s technology vision, aligning it with our business objectives. You’ll oversee all aspects of technology administration, strategy, intellectual property and team leadership to drive innovation, foster client relationships, and maintain technical excellence.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology-driven organization.
  • Experience growing a technical team from small to medium size.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends, security, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence within a technical team.
  • Experience with machine learning/artificial intelligence implementation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
