REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with a significant track record in the SaaS industry, AI, ML, cloud services, and DevOps. Experience deploying solutions in diverse client technology platforms is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Technical Expertise: Solid experience in building scalable technology stacks, cloud environments, and familiarity with programming languages and technologies such as Javascript, Python and Kubernetes.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting and strategic business planning.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The CTO at Quintessential AI holds a vital position, melding executive leadership with technical prowess. You will report to the Co-CEO and Chief Scientist and maintain a strong presence before the Board. Your vision and leadership will be key in scaling our development team and evolving our product suite, ensuring our technology not only matches but also anticipates the needs of our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Technical Leadership: Drive the company’s technical direction, integrating engineering teams and aligning the technology stack with our overarching business goals.
• AI and ML Innovation: Harness your understanding of AI and ML, alongside our Data Science team to lead the development of our AI-powered products, keeping us at the technological vanguard.
• Software Engineering Excellence: Mentor and guide our engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional AI solutions.
• Strategic Planning: Actively participate in the formation and execution of both short-term and long-term technical roadmaps that support the company’s expansive vision.
