Who we are: Guaranteed Rate Affinity, LLC (“Guaranteed Rate Affinity”) is a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate, Inc (NMLS: 2611) and Anywhere Holdings Corp. Through this joint venture, Guaranteed Rate Affinity provides mortgage origination services to the clients of more than 700 Coldwell Banker and select Sotheby’s International Realty offices owned by NRT LLC, a subsidiary of Anywhere and the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. In addition, Guaranteed Rate Affinity markets its services to consumers and unaffiliated realtor referral sources.
What’s the Role? Guaranteed Rate Affinity is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated CTR Underwriter to join our innovative and passionate team and work remotely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Supports our current Closing Table Remedy team as a certified Underwriter to make changes to loan structure • Review and clear conditions post CTC and prior to funding • Communicates with Closer, POD when and if needed • Ensure Encompass is always updated with current status • Comprehension of FNMA, FHLMC and other investor guidelines • Experience with Automated Underwriting Systems • Possess strong analytical skills
Competencies: • Excellent customer support skills and service orientation • Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and work will under time constraints to meet deadlines • Ability to handle a heavy workload, Encompass experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: • Underwriting authority to make loan structure changes that meet guidelines set forth by GSE’s Education and Experience: • 2-5 years of production Underwriting • Certified DE, VA Underwriting • 2-5 years of Jumbo Underwriting
Base Salary: $75,000 + monthly bonus + OT
