Description:
Your key responsibilities: - Contribute to achieving Service Management standards within CTS Service Management.- Perform change management, including coordinating and communicating of changes and planned outages across CTS, DJAG and ICJ agencies.- Produce and distribute change requests and associated documents to technical and business stakeholders utilising the CTS IT Service Management toolset.- Ensure CTS and inter-agency compliance with change management policies, procedures and processes based on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.- Drive continuous service improvement based on own analysis as well as supervisor, team and client feedback.- Establish and develop productive working relationships with fellow team members, clients and stakeholders.- Assist the CTS Service Delivery Manager with incident and problem management, including incident investigation and resolution, the coordination of root cause analysis and corrective actions as required.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Job Ad Reference: QLD/573072/24Closing Date: Thursday, 04 July 2024This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License
