Description:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing environmental and energy management measures in collaboration with the plants, BUs and CUs
- Responsible for regional audit planning, and helping to implement and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 and EK management systems in consultation with the CUs/BUs/plants
- Carrying out internal, and moderating external, audits according to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001
- Responsible for ensuring the reporting for the audits and for tracking the measures that were derived, incl. triggering the escalation levels if required
- Monitoring databases subject to legal requirements and ensuring the relevant implementation work at the plants
- Assisting with and monitoring CIP measures relating to EHS
- Monitoring environmental KPIs at the plants, incl. assuming responsibility for triggering the escalation levels
- Responsible for ensuring the provision of mandatory training on EHS matters in consultation with the plants
Qualification:
- Completed Bachelor’s, at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of ESH or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Auditing experience
- Emmission Protection Commission
- Expert of ISO 14001 /ISO 50001 /ISO 45001 /ISO 9001
- Proficient in QM core tools (APQP, 8D, 5W)
- Be familiar with EHS Law knowledge
- Proficient VDA 6.3 knowledge
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage functional network and line management.
- Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific Region.
- Fluent English language skills are required.
