RELOCATION STATEMENT:

Current promotion eligible NCUA employees who relocate to Austin, TX may be eligible for relocation assistance in accordance with NCUA policy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Specialized experience is the experience that has equipped you with the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
All applicants applying for the CU-13 level must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the CU/GS-12 level obtained in the private or public sector. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience:
(1) performing examinations conducted on credit unions or other federally insured depository institutions rated CAMEL 3, 4 or 5; and
(2) performing examinations conducted on credit unions or other federally insured depository institutions with assets larger than $250 million; and
(3) analyzing financial data to support an examination’s conclusions; and
(4) analyzing financial statements and statistical reports to identify trends in federally insured depository institutions; and
(5) serving as a subject matter examiner in specialized lending, consumer compliance, information systems technology, internal controls/recordkeeping, capital markets or electronic payment systems.
