As a Culinary Admin Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute towards the success of restaurants achieving its ambition of ‘Delivering Excellence’. You’ll be supporting the Culinary Operations Controller to deliver the results expected of the department accurately and on a timely basis. The main accountabilities of this role centre around Administration, SAP Supervision and Divisional Administration. You’ll be responsible for providing costs of articles and recipes, assisting the Chefs with the SAP management on their site, updating ZPLAN, rectifying recipe errors through Qadex and following up daily on food halls and sites challenges.
