We are seeking expression of interest at Sky Stadium for our upcoming events. We have positions across our full Culinary offering and we want you to be part of it!

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid background in kitchen operations
• Suitably qualified and take pride in your work
• Experienced in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment
• Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards. This involves conducting temperature and quality checks and effectively managing cross-contamination
• Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
• Ability to adhere to compliance and operational requirements
• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues; a team player
• Solid work ethic, dependability, well presented with tidy work habits
• Respect for equality and a commitment to workplace culture and safety

QUALIFICATIONS

• Dependant on the position, you may be required to provide a Level 3 OR Level 5 Cookery Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
