  • Computer skills with the ability to learn and use software programs
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Ability to follow formal business practices with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain an organized and effective personal work environment

Responsibilities:

The Culture & Inclusion Program Support Specialist position will support student engagement as it relates to Culture & inclusion programs and events that are planned in the Culture and Inclusion team. This role will support the consultation of ongoing C&I projects at Ivey Business School as they related to the student experience. They will also support the development and evaluation of various student-focused C&I programming and will support the analysis of relevant community-level data to support informed decision-making. With various ongoing projects focused on C&I, share backs are crucial to the Ivey community and engaging with the student population, ensuring they are informed and engaged with the work that is produced. This role will support the knowledge translation that focuses on the Ivey C&I newsletter, Ivey C&I website, and for remaining communication projects so that they are accessible to Ivey students. Managing multiple projects and ensuring open and accessible information for students, staff, and faculty will be the top priority of the role. The individual will also work in collaboration with the Culture and Inclusion team to support ongoing C&I projects and assist in leading new projects when necessary.
Qualifications
