  • Take ownership for the work you deliver, contributing to the overall Culture & Leadership stream objectives.
  • Create and leverage strong stakeholder relationships across other streams of work, in the broader HR team, and across the bank.
  • Support vendor sourcing and engagement as required for program implementation and help manage contractual obligations for delivery.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge and experience across a broad range of HR domains, with a particular focus on Talent areas: Culture Change, Leadership, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement. Deep experience in one or more of these areas will be well regarded but not required to be successful in this role.

  • Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders and facilitating group meetings such as focus groups.
  • Ability to craft and deliver communication with stakeholders that support program delivery.
  • Experience assessing existing programs and processes resulting in recommendations for improvement within existing standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Resilience when working under pressure to hard deadlines in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. Understand priorities and handle competing demands.
  • Familiarity with Australian employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management and Engagement experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Your Team
You will join the RBA’s Future Hub, responsible for leading the Bank’s response to the RBA Review (
