QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree and one to two years of relevant experience OR
• Associate’s degree and five or more years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients
• Basic knowledge of custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)
• Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Onboard new Trade Services relationships and accounts with adherement to U.S. Bank standards and support models
• Support internal and external client inquiries, via email and phone, related to trade settlement for their assigned relationships
• Daily review and action of all trades for assigned relationships to ensure on time trade settlement
