Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and detail-oriented Custody Operations Associate to join a dynamic Asset Transfers team within a leading specialist custodian and administration services provider. You’ll have the opportunity to address client queries, track and process assets, and work closely with colleagues both locally and internationally. Responsibilities:

As a Custody Operations Associate, you will play an integral role within our Asset Transfers team. Your primary responsibility will be addressing clients’ queries while also tracking and processing assets. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across different regions, demonstrating your ability to problem-solve effectively. Your keen attention to detail will be crucial in investigating and closing daily/monthly cash and security reconciliations. Above all, your commitment to meeting and exceeding service level agreements will ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

  • Addressing clients’ and fund manager/registries’ queries in a timely manner
  • Tracking and processing of assets, income, rebates, and corporate actions
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in Europe as well as local registries and fund managers to problem solve
  • Investigating and closing daily/monthly cash and security reconciliation promptlyMeeting and exceeding service level agreements in line with client expectations
  • REQUIREMENTS:The ideal candidate for the Custody Operations Associate role brings along at least two years of experience in the financial industry in operations or a similar role. They have a solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts which they apply effectively in their day-to-day tasks. Their communication skills are top-notch, enabling them to interact professionally with various stakeholders. They are known for Their sense of urgency, excellent time management skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in the financial industry in operations or a similar role
  • Good understanding of financial and accounting concepts
  • Effective and professional communicator both written and verbal
  • Sense of urgency and good time management skills
  • Problem solver, identifies and suggests solutions to problemsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy
