Description:

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree in Business Engineering or similar
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B customer management
  • Fluent in German language (reading and writing)
  • Great English language skills (min B2 level)
  • Great communicational skills
  • Team player qualities
  • Customer orientation skills

Responsibilities:

CORE TASKS:

  • To be the key focal and main contact for our OEM customers
  • Consulting our customers with regard to our product portfolio
  • Introduction, moderation, and management of our customer’s requirements and expectations
  • Controlled handover of special customer orders, an integral part of the team conducting such
  • orders, with the goal to make sure that customer´s expectations are met
  • Identification of cross and upselling potentials for sustainable business cases
  • Supporting our order management with customer escalations
  • Proposal management for special requests such as customizations, design changes, support and service
  • Contract and price management for the assigned customers
