We are committed to the safe and secure reuse of electronics, the responsible recycling of electronics to divert waste from landfills and the recovery of natural resources from obsolete electronics.
We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Associate to support either the Calgary or Edmonton facility!
The Customer Acquisition Associate is responsible for all components relating to customer care, working across departments (Finance, Logistics, Operations) to deliver our contracted service within the agreed SLA’s and to the customer’s satisfaction. Support includes, but is not limited to account set up, managing / facilitating shipments from customers and providing required documentation and provides full support to enable the efficient and effective management of new and existing specified client accounts. Makes decisions and implements, as agreed by the team, the Account Strategy, Renewal Strategy, Price Strategy for a given account and is responsible for growing the depth and breadth of services we provide to a given account.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma, or Degree in Business, or technical program, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience 2-3 years of Administration, Account Management or equivalent work experience and exceptional customer service experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience including prior experience in manufacturing and/or recycling environment.
  • Knowledge of Electronics or Commodities is an asset.
  • Class 5 License

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all facets of new account set up; work with various internal departments including but not limited to Finance, Logistics, etc. to ensure expectations are met.
  • Act as a resource to resolve problems and provide creative solutions to maximize department efficiencies and processes.
  • Ensure Operations teams have been provided with processing instructions and all customer specific requirements are met.
  • Provide administrative support for the day-to-day management of Quantum Accounts
  • Prepare, analyze, and provide feedback to Business Development representatives pertaining to pricing, profitability, efficiency, etc.
  • Clearly communicate any customer dissatisfaction or potential quality issues internally and escalate it where appropriate for swift resolution.
  • Maintain and update client records; communicate, monitor, and ensure proper service set up within assigned portfolio.
  • Provide support to the facility managers and executive teams while looking for new opportunities to grow the business.
  • ELP/QTMS/CRM Setup Expert for new account and project creation
  • Onboard warm leads developed through the company’s lead generation initiatives and develop them into bigger business.
  • Through SEO and other means, the Customer Acquisition Associate will be handed leads from interested inquiries on a regular basis which will then be vetted, onboarded, serviced, and followed up on by the Relationship Manager independent of the more substantial national accounts they manage.
  • Must be able to drive and travel to various locations and or client facilities
