Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
- We are looking for a Customer Reference Manager
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To oversee Customer Reference in SEA region.
- Communicate with the stakeholders in the marketing team and sales team to decide the best customers to work with, arrange set ups for customer engagement opportunities including event participation and asset creation.
- Set strategy and vision for the implementation of our customer reference program in ASEAN
- Engage with marketing, sales, product and executive teams, on a daily basis, regarding customer advocacy.
- Train internal teams on use of reference materials, processes, programs and strategy for customer assets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through day-to-day activities, and work as an advocate for our customers.
