Responsibilities:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of contact towards stakeholders and represent the Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre
- Be the owner of the business area related continuous improvement plan
- Analyse, understand and surface back to the business the drivers of contact and the things that erode the customer or colleague experience
- Own the business area specific yearly forecast and work together with the resource planners to prepare the operation for the upcoming changes
- Come up with improvement ideas and drive changes to deliver
- Value for the business
- Increased customer and colleague satisfaction

- Be the owner of business area specific trainings and knowledge
- Implement and maintain the service management framework
YOU WILL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Secondary or higher education
- 2-3 years professional experience
- Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
- Upper-intermediate level English knowledge
- Advanced Hungarian language
- MS Office
- Managing and implementing change, CI
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills,
- Analytical skills
- Programme Management level planning and organizing
