Responsibilities:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the first point of contact towards stakeholders and represent the Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre
  • Be the owner of the business area related continuous improvement plan
  • Analyse, understand and surface back to the business the drivers of contact and the things that erode the customer or colleague experience
  • Own the business area specific yearly forecast and work together with the resource planners to prepare the operation for the upcoming changes
  • Come up with improvement ideas and drive changes to deliver
  • Value for the business
  • Increased customer and colleague satisfaction

  • Be the owner of business area specific trainings and knowledge
  • Implement and maintain the service management framework

YOU WILL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Secondary or higher education
  • 2-3 years professional experience
  • Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
  • Upper-intermediate level English knowledge
  • Advanced Hungarian language
  • MS Office
  • Managing and implementing change, CI
  • Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills,
  • Analytical skills
  • Programme Management level planning and organizing
